By looking at this document along side earlier historical accounts of the Persian War and rise of the Polis, they will help understand how the Greeks advanced their social and political responsibility.  I will use this document in the last section of my paper because it will show how the Greeks gained rights and responsibility from the Persian War to the time when Pericles gave the Funeral Oration.  This will show how the Greek people received the right to elect an official instead of the official being appointed or being born into the position.
